Take on a viral trend by learning to create a beautiful cupcake bouquet! This class will be held July 29 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at Sweet Katees located at 501 E 3rd St, Big Spring TX. (Time is subject to change and may extend past 8:30 pm.)
In this class, students will learn how to construct a cupcake bouquet base and the various options and configurations. Students will use Russian piping tips and a few other standard tips to create 3 different style flower topped cupcakes. After all cupcakes are decorated, students will learn some of the tips to assemble a clean and beautiful bouquet perfect for gifting or enjoying.
While previous experience with piping buttercream is helpful, it is not required for this beginner class. All supplies are provided and each student will leave with a completed cupcake (7 cupcakes) bouquet and a Russian piping tip to take home and practice with. This class is suitable for children and adults AGES 15+.
This class has been prepared for in advance. Many aspects of the preparation require time, research and practice. Because of the amount of advance preparation that is required, no refunds for classes are given. If you are not able to attend class due to illness or some other reason, a credit of 50% of the cost of class will be given towards the purchase/registration of another class. Any special gifts that may accompany a class you have registered for but do not attend will not be saved for you and will be a loss. Any questions about this class should be asked BEFORE registration is completed. While certain age restrictions apply to each class, special circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the teacher.
**Gluten free cake is an option for every class. Registrants who require GF cake should make a note of this in the check out and also specify their preference of chocolate or vanilla GF cake. Although the cake may be GF, the cake is baked in a gluten rich environment and extreme allergies should considered before registering.
